Today is the 433rd day since I started posting my dynamic updates, and I haven't missed a single day. Each post is not done half-heartedly, but is prepared with care. How to determine if a cryptocurrency has formed a breakout? You can start from four aspects: volume, price, time, and space.
1. Volume: Before the troops move, the supplies must be prepared first. In the early stages of trend formation, an increase in volume is an essential step, especially after a long period of sideways movement. We need to focus on the first increase in volume at this time, but it is not the best entry point. Generally, after a trial adjustment and the main force has finished washing out, the second increase in volume leading to a surge is our real opportunity.
2. Price: Generally, we look at the closing price. No matter how turbulent the process is, if the closing price can stabilize, it indicates that the main force is serious! This is the key to distinguishing between true and false breakouts. In summary, if the closing price can stay above the resistance level, the probability of a true breakout is greatly increased;

3. Time: Before a breakout occurs, it is best for the coin price to have experienced a long period of low-volume consolidation, lasting more than 3 months, with a chip concentration of less than 10%. Only then can the main force's accumulation of funds be sufficient, and the subsequent rally will have stronger explosive power.

4. Empty: We need to identify the key resistance levels. The resistance levels here could be the price levels where prior large adjustments occurred, the neckline of a W bottom or a head and shoulders bottom, or the integer price points of the cryptocurrency. As long as the resistance levels are clear, once the price breaks through, the potential for increase can be easily measured.

The above four dimensions are the basis for judging horizontal breakout.

Yesterday, I hosted a conference in Ningbo and would like to share a video with everyone. I think the music fits my personality very well. I was born stubborn, like the passionate sun, fearlessly blooming on my stage.

It's either a rise, a fall, or a Sideways fluctuation, that's all for this market.

"Classic Trading Volume Mnemonic"
Buy horizontal, buy dips, don't buy vertical; the sell point is at the boiling point.
Continuous small rises are real rises, continuous big pumps require exit.
Sudden falls with low volume are intimidation, slow falls with higher trade volumes require quick withdrawal.
Significant surges demand a pullback, avoid digging deep pits and don't overspend.
